Anne was fabulous to work with. My house had been on the market for a year when I changed my listing to her. She sold the house in 5 months from listing date to house close date. I credit this sale to her hard work and constant effort in getting the house shown, and helping me stage the house. Anne checked on the house to make sure it had been closed up properly after it had been shown, set up minor repair work, and was there for all inspections.
